Return requests made after this period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The buyer pays for return shipping . If the buyer changes his mind about a product, he is responsible for return shipping Buyers who falsely claim an item was “not as described” are responsible for return shipping. A “ buyer abuse ” case will also be opened with ebay. A 30% restocking fee will also be applied to returns with false “item not described as” claims.
